The Sen location: MRT, nature and schools
The Sen is at 222 to 230 Jalan Jurong Kechil (District 21), at the corner with Old Jurong Road. Hume station on the Downtown Line is about 860 m away and Beauty World about 1.1 km, Bukit Batok Nature Park is across Old Jurong Road, and Bukit Timah Primary School is within 1 km.
Getting around
- Hume MRT (DT4) is about 860 m north and Beauty World MRT (DT5) about 1.1 km south-east, in a straight line on the map. Walking routes are longer.
- By bus: from the stop on Old Jurong Road, service 178 goes to Hume MRT (and 852 also stops there); from the stop on Jalan Jurong Kechil, services 61, 66, 157, 174, 871, 970 and 985 go to Beauty World MRT.
- The Downtown Line runs from Beauty World to Botanic Gardens (Circle Line), Newton (North–South Line) and on into the city. King Albert Park (DT6), one stop further, is being built into an interchange with the Cross Island Line.
- By car: about 5 minutes to the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and 7 minutes to the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE), the developer says.
Distances are straight lines measured on the map from the middle of the site; use a map app for walking and driving times. Bus services from the developer's sales deck: check them before you rely on them.
Shops, food and nature
For daily shopping and food, the Beauty World area is about 1 km south-east: Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, Beauty World Centre and Beauty World Plaza, the Beauty World Food Centre, and supermarkets. HillV2 at Hillview is about 1.9 km north.
Green is all around. Bukit Batok Nature Park starts about 420 m north-west across Old Jurong Road, there's forest along the east side of the site, and Hindhede Nature Park and the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve are about 1 to 1.5 km east.
