The Sen sales gallery and how to buy now
The Sen launched on Saturday 15 November 2025, and the remaining units are now sold one by one. 153 of the 347 homes are still in the developer's availability list. I can arrange your visit to the sales gallery and check the units still available before you go.

Buyers who applied were given their place in the queue for choosing units.

Priority booking on Friday 14 November (multiple purchases and the Prestige 3- and 4-bedroom + study homes), and the public booking on Saturday 15 November.

Where is the sales gallery?
The Sen's sales gallery was designed by FARM, who also did the 4-bedroom show unit. Viewings are by appointment: tell me which layouts you'd like to see and when, and I'll confirm the visit, send you the exact location and the opening hours, and send you today's availability so you can shortlist units before you arrive. How to buy a unit now
- Look up the units still for sale in the unit finder, and compare two side by side.
- Ask me to check that your units are still available: they sell every day, and the list on this site is as of 1 November 2026.
- Visit the sales gallery with me, see the show units, and choose your unit.
- Pay the 5% booking fee to receive the option to purchase. See the payment schedule.
Show units you can see
Three layouts are built as show units:
- Type B1 · 2-Bedroom, 678 sqft
- Type C3 · 3-Bedroom, 1,109 sqft
- Type D1A · 4-Bedroom Premium + Study, 1,453 sqft
Before you book
- Get your loan in-principle approval (IPA) from your bank first, so you know your budget and loan limit.
- Prepare the 5% booking fee. It is paid when the option to purchase is granted, and cannot come from CPF.
- Bring your NRIC or passport, and the details of everyone who will be on the title.
- Shortlist a few units in order of preference, in case your first choice goes.
- Work out your stamp duties. Buyer's stamp duty applies to everyone; ABSD depends on your citizenship and the homes you already own. Try my stamp duty calculator.
