Privacy notice
How I use your personal data
Last updated 8 October 2026. This notice covers allurehomes.sg and the project pages on it, such as Thomson Reserve and The Serra Residences.
PropNex's privacy policy applies. I'm a salesperson with PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd., so the personal data you give me is handled under PropNex's privacy policy, which is the main policy for this website. The rest of this page adds what this website collects and where it's kept.
Who I am
I'm Melissa Chan, a property salesperson (CEA Reg. No. R063314G) with PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd. (Licence No. L3008022J). I'm responsible for the personal data you send through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and PropNex's privacy policy. Where this page and PropNex's policy differ, PropNex's policy applies.
What I collect
- What you type into a form, such as the contact form or new-launch alerts: your name, mobile number, email (if you give it), what your enquiry is about, what you'd like to receive, the home type, budget and unit you're interested in, and any message.
- Your calculator answers, when you ask for a report: the property you're selling (address, unit, flat type or number of bedrooms, size, expected price, outstanding loan, each owner's CPF used and accrued interest), each buyer's citizenship, date of birth, income, CPF balance and homes owned, whether you're buying as a married couple, your number of credit cards and other monthly loan repayments, your savings, and what you plan to buy. The calculator only sends these when you ask for your report.
- What you send me directly on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- How the website is used, through Google Analytics: pages viewed, units opened in the 3D model, buttons tapped, and general device and location information. This doesn't include your name, number or email.
Why I use it
- To reply to you and send what you asked for, such as a price list, e-brochure, showflat appointment, calculator report or new-launch alerts.
- To contact you about the property you asked about and related properties, by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email, only if you've agreed to this.
- To improve the website, using the analytics above.
I don't sell your personal data.
Where it's kept and who sees it
Form details and calculator reports go into private Google Sheets in my Google Workspace account, and a copy is emailed to me. Only I can see them. I may share your details with PropNex, or with the developer's sales team when you book a viewing or a unit, so they can serve you. I keep your data only as long as I need it for these purposes, or as long as the law or PropNex requires. PropNex's own handling of your data is set out in its privacy policy.
Your choices
- Stop hearing from me: reply "stop" on WhatsApp or SMS, or email me, and I'll stop contacting you about new properties.
- See, correct or delete your data: email me and I'll reply within 30 days.
- Analytics: you can block Google Analytics with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker. The website still works.
