The Sen finishes and fittings
Two series. The Classic homes in Blocks 222, 228 and 230 have Smeg kitchens and Roca bathrooms; the Prestige homes in Blocks 224 and 226 have Miele kitchens, Roca and Laufen bathrooms and ducted air-conditioning in the living room. Every home gets a ceiling fan and smart home features.

From the developer's appliances schedule. The 1- and 2-bedroom homes and type C1 have no gas supply.
Also in every home
- Ceiling fan in the living room (Crestar 46" Altis Plus, with a remote control); buyers can opt out.
- Smart home: a smart home gateway, a digital lockset (PIN, key fob, mobile app or fingerprint), a video intercom, guest e-registration by QR code, facility booking in the app, and parcel lockers.
- Balcony: the developer provides either aluminium slide-and-fold screens or motorised outdoor blinds, at its cost, or you can opt out. One power point on each balcony, and laminated, tinted glass railings.
- Floors and wardrobes: engineered timber flooring; in the Classic homes, laminate wardrobe doors in the common bedrooms and satin glass in the master bedroom; in the Prestige homes, satin glass and tinted glass.
- Greener building: targeted at BCA Green Mark Super Low Energy, with solar panels, motion-activated lights in common areas, WELS 3-tick water fittings, and EV charging in the car park.
