Miele kitchen appliances, a SMEG fridge and washer-dryer, Duravit bathrooms with a bidet spray, porcelain and herringbone floors and a smart home system in every home, with piped town gas in the larger 3- and 4-bedroom homes.

Every home also has a Miele hood and oven and a SMEG fridge and washer-dryer (the C5 and C6 homes have space to add a dryer). From the developer's provision list and factsheet in the sales kit; brands, models and finishes are subject to the developer's final specifications.
Also in every home
- Bathrooms: Duravit sanitary wares and fittings with a bidet spray, in the bathrooms and the powder room; Casanova sanitary wares and Arino fittings in the yard WC.
- Floors: 1200 × 600 porcelain tiles in the living and dining room, kitchen, bathrooms and balcony; herringbone vinyl in the bedrooms.
- Kitchen: quartz countertop and backsplash, and a water-dispenser point (power, water inlet and drain) under the sink.
- Air-con and smart home: Mitsubishi fan coil units, with smart lighting, smart air-con, a smart fan for fresh air and a motion sensor, linked to the condominium's app for facility bookings.
- Built-ins: lights inside the wardrobes, a dehumidifier (heating rod) in every master bedroom wardrobe, a shoe cabinet with space for a robot vacuum, and a white ceiling fan in the living and dining room.
- Balcony: a lighting point, a weather-proof power point and a tap. Balcony screens aren't provided, but a design is pre-approved by URA; the developer quotes $30,000 to $57,000 for one, depending on the home type.
- Windows: tinted glass casement windows and tinted laminated glass below.
- Ceilings: 2.825 m in the living, dining and bedrooms; 2.4 m in the kitchens, yards and private lift lobbies; 2.425 m in the bathrooms; 2.975 m on the balconies.
