Every kitchen has high and low cabinets in a laminate finish, a solid surface countertop with a porcelain tile backsplash, a stainless steel sink and mixer, a cooker hood, a built-in oven and a freestanding fridge with a cabinet above. - Building: a video intercom at the lift lobbies that calls your phone, access cards for the lobbies, side gates and facilities, car plate recognition at the car park barrier, and a pneumatic refuse system with a hopper on every floor.
- Ceilings: 2.8 m in the living, dining and bedrooms (2.4 m under the bulkheads), 2.95 m on the balconies, 2.4 m in the kitchens.
