Booking opened on Saturday 3 October 2026, and units are now sold one by one at the sales gallery on Yuan Ching Road, next to Lakeside MRT. It is open daily from 10 am to 7 pm. I can arrange your visit and check the units still available before you go.

Where is the sales gallery?
The Lucerne Grand sales gallery is on Yuan Ching Road, next to Lakeside MRT station, just east of the site, so you can see the actual site and the lake on the same visit. It is open daily from 10 am to 7 pm.
When I confirm your visit, I'll send you today's availability so you can shortlist units before you arrive.
Getting there: Lakeside MRT (East–West Line), then a short walk south along Yuan Ching Road. See the location.
How to buy a unit now
- Look up the units still for sale in the unit finder, and compare two side by side.
- Ask me to check that your units are still available: they sell every day, and the list on this site is as of 1 November 2026.
- Visit the sales gallery with me, see the show units, and choose your unit.
- Pay the 5% booking fee to receive the option to purchase. See the payment schedule.

Before you book
- Get your loan in-principle approval (IPA) from your bank first, so you know your budget and loan limit.
- Prepare the 5% booking fee. It is paid when the option to purchase is granted, and cannot come from CPF.
- Bring your NRIC or passport, and the details of everyone who will be on the title.
- Shortlist a few units in order of preference, in case your first choice goes.
- Work out your stamp duties. Buyer's stamp duty applies to everyone; ABSD depends on your citizenship and the homes you already own. Try my stamp duty calculator.
