Lucerne Grand location: Lakeside MRT, Jurong Lake and schools
Lucerne Grand is at 30 to 38 Lakeside Drive, between Lakeside MRT station and the Jurong River, with Jurong Lake across Yuan Ching Road. A covered link at the north end of the site leads to the station, about 90 m from the middle of the site.
Getting around
- Lakeside MRT (EW26, East–West Line), linked directly to the development. The station's Exit A is about 90 m from the middle of the site.
- From Lakeside station: Boon Lay (EW27) is 1 stop west and Jurong East interchange (North–South Line) 2 stops east; both will also be on the Jurong Region Line when it opens, and Buona Vista (Circle Line) 6 stops.
- Jurong Lake District station on the future Cross Island Line will add another link into the Jurong Lake District.
- By car: a few minutes to the PIE, AYE and KJE, and a short drive to the International Business Park, Jurong Gateway and the Jurong Innovation District.

Jurong Lake and the Jurong Lake District
Jurong Lake Gardens, the 90-hectare national garden around Jurong Lake, is a short walk away, across Yuan Ching Road. The new Science Centre is being built on the lake's northern shore, by Chinese Garden station, one MRT stop away.
Lucerne Grand sits at the western edge of the Jurong Lake District, which the government is developing as Singapore's largest mixed-use business district outside the city centre. Jurong Gateway around Jurong East station already has the malls JEM, Westgate, IMM and Jurong Point within a few stops, and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital is two stops away.

The neighbours
To the west, The Lakefront Residence (17 storeys) sits next to the site, with Caspian and Lakeholmz (both 17 storeys) beyond. North of Boon Lay Way and the MRT line are Parc Vista and 16-storey HDB blocks, and The Lakeshore (17 storeys) to the north-east. Across the Jurong River to the south is Yuan Ching Secondary School (4 storeys).
On the east side, between the site and Jurong Lake, is the land where the sales gallery stands now; the developer notes that it is earmarked for future development. Inside the site, the blocks around the pool are about 35.5 m apart, and Block 38 is about 7.2 to 7.5 m from Blocks 30 and 36 at the closest points.
