Elta showflat and how to buy now
Elta was previewed from 7 February 2025 and launched for booking on Saturday 22 February 2025; the remaining units are now sold one by one. The showflat is opposite 111 Prince Charles Crescent; I can arrange your visit and send you the developer's list of units still available before you go.
Key dates
- 7 Feb 2025Preview
The showflat opened for the VVIP preview, which ran to 18 February. About 4,500 people visited over the first weekend, as reported at the time.
- 19 Feb 2025E-balloting
Booking cheques closed on 18 February, and the ballot for booking order was held on 19 February.
- 22 Feb 2025Launch
Booking day, after bulk purchases on 21 February. 326 of the 501 homes (65%) were sold at an average of $2,537 psf, as reported at the time.
- Sep 2026Structure topped out
The developers reported the towers had topped out, with 84% of the homes sold.
- NowUnits still available
66 units in the list, from $1.40M: the 2-bedroom homes and most of the 3-bedroom homes are sold. Pricing as of 01 November 2026. Subject to changes by developer.
- 4Q 2027Expected TOP
The developers' expected date; vacant possession by 31 March 2029 and legal completion by 31 March 2032. The dates that count are the ones in your sale and purchase agreement.
The preview and booking dates are from the developer's timeline in the sales kit; the visitor and launch figures from the press reports of February 2025, and the top-out and expected TOP from the developers' update of September 2026.
The show units
Three layouts were built as show units, from a 2-bedroom to the 5-bedroom:
- Type B5s · 2-Bedroom + Study, 807 sqft
- Type D3k · 4-Bedroom Dual Key, 1,313 sqft
- Type E1 · 5-Bedroom, 1,776 sqft
Visiting the showflat
The Elta showflat is opposite 111 Prince Charles Crescent (Singapore 159022), across the road from The Crest. Viewings are by appointment: tell me which layouts you'd like to see and when, and I'll confirm the visit, send you the location and send you today's availability so you can shortlist units before you arrive.
How to buy a unit now
- Look up the units still for sale in the unit finder, and compare two side by side.
- Ask me to check that your units are still available: they sell every day, and the list on this site is as of 1 November 2026.
- Visit the showflat with me and choose your unit.
- Pay the 5% booking fee to receive the option to purchase. See the payment schedule.
Which homes are left
The price table on the home page shows how many units of each layout are left in the list as of 1 November 2026, and the lowest price of each; the unit finder shows every unit's price and status, and each floor plan page lists its units floor by floor.
Before you book
- Get your loan in-principle approval (IPA) from your bank first, so you know your budget and loan limit.
- Prepare the 5% booking fee. It is paid when the option to purchase is granted, and cannot come from CPF.
- Bring your NRIC or passport, and the details of everyone who will be on the title.
- Shortlist a few units in order of preference, in case your first choice goes.
- Work out your stamp duties. Buyer's stamp duty applies to everyone; ABSD depends on your citizenship and the homes you already own. Try my stamp duty calculator.
- Plan for the stages already done. The structure has topped out, so the instalments for the stages already completed fall due soon after you sign.
