Kuche kitchen appliances, a SMEG fridge and washer-dryer, Inalco sintered stone counters and Duravit and Hansgrohe bathrooms in every home, with interiors by Index Design in two schemes: the Brunch Feast for the 1- to 3-bedroom homes, and Wine & Dine, with a dry and a wet kitchen, for the 3-bedroom premium and larger homes.

- Floors: vinyl flooring with matching skirting in the living, dining, study and bedrooms; tiles in the kitchen, bathrooms and on the balcony.
- Kitchen: an Inalco large sintered stone counter and backsplash, laminate cabinets, a Franke undermount sink and a Hansgrohe mixer; a Dekton counter in the Wine & Dine dry kitchens.
- Bathrooms: Duravit wall-hung WCs and basins with a Geberit flush plate, Hansgrohe basin and shower mixers, and solid-surface vanity counters.
- Wardrobes: built-in wardrobes in every bedroom; a walk-in master wardrobe in the 4-bedroom + study and the 5-bedroom.
- Ceilings: 2.79 m in the living, dining and bedrooms (3.15 m floor to floor).
- Facing the AYE: acoustic blinds and an acoustic ceiling on the balconies of the south-facing stacks.
- Smart home: a Yale digital lockset, a smart doorbell, smart air-conditioning control and a smart hub, with room to add cameras, sensors and smart plugs later; smart community features for facility booking, visitors, parcels and car plate recognition.
