Location
Elta location: Clementi MRT, the schools and the views
Elta is at 10 and 12 Clementi Avenue 1 (District 5), between Clavon and The Clement Canopy, with Nan Hua High School across the road and the Ayer Rajah Expressway along the south side. Clementi MRT and the Clementi Mall are about 1 km away, and Pei Tong Primary and Clementi Primary are within 1 km.
Getting around
- Clementi MRT (EW23) on the East-West Line: about 1 km, or 5 minutes by bike and 2 by car, by the developer's estimates; the Clementi bus interchange is beside it. Jurong East is two stops one way, Buona Vista two the other.
- Dover MRT (EW22): about 3 minutes by car or 9 by bike.
- West Coast MRT, on the Cross Island Line's second phase, which LTA targets for completion by 2032: about 6 minutes by car.
- By car: the AYE is about 2 minutes away; one-north and Science Park about 8, the International Business Park and the Jurong Lake District about 9, and the CBD about 16, by the developer's estimates.

Clementi town centre, with its malls, hawker centres and HDB shops, is about 1 km north, and the malls of Jurong East and Holland Village are a short drive away.

Using the address for P1
Under MOE's rules, a new home's address can be used for Primary 1 registration if the vacant possession date in your sale and purchase agreement is no later than 31 December two years after the registration year. The developer's expected vacant possession date is 31 March 2029, which fits the 2027 registration (children born 2 January 2021 to 1 January 2022) and every year after. The towers and their neighbours
The two towers stand side by side on a podium, with Block 12 to the west and Block 10 to the east. Clementi Avenue 1 curves around the north side, with Nan Hua High School and the Clementi HDB estate beyond; the AYE runs along the south side, with the landed homes off Jalan Mas Kuning and the International Community School across it. Clavon is to the west and The Clement Canopy to the east.
The developer's elevation chart marks each stack north or south. Stacks 02 to 04 and 09 to 12 face north, towards Clementi Avenue 1 and, from the higher floors, Bukit Timah Hill; stacks 01, 05 to 08, 13 and 14 face south, over the pools and the AYE, with glimpses of the sea and the port from the higher floors. On the map, Block 12's homes face north-east or south-west and Block 10's north-north-east or south-south-west. The south-facing homes get acoustic blinds and an acoustic ceiling on the balcony.
