Dunearn House showflat and how to buy now
Dunearn House was previewed from 10 July 2026 and launched for booking on Saturday 25 July 2026; the remaining units are now sold one by one. I can arrange your visit to the showflat on Evans Road and send you the developer's list of units still available before you go.

The showflat opened for the preview, and about 5,900 people visited over the first weekend, as reported at the time.
- 23 Jul 2026E-balloting
Booking cheques closed on 21 July, and the ballot for booking order was held on 23 July.
- 25 Jul 2026Launch
Booking day. 212 of the 380 homes (56%) were sold on the launch weekend at an average of $3,140 psf, by the developers' figures; all 20 of the 3-bedroom (type C1) homes went that weekend.
- NowUnits still available
107 units in the list, from $1.54M: the 3-bedroom, 3-bedroom + flexi and 3-bedroom + study homes are sold out. Pricing as of 01 November 2026. Subject to changes by developer.
- 31 Dec 2030Expected vacant possession
The developer's expected date for vacant possession. The date that counts is the one in your sale and purchase agreement.
The preview and booking dates are from the developer's timeline in the sales kit; the visitor figure from the press, and the launch weekend figures from the developers' release of 26 July 2026.
The show units
Three layouts are built as show units, one 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom home:
- Type BS2 · 2-Bedroom + Study, 667 sqft
- Type CS1 · 3-Bedroom + Study, 947 sqft
- Type DPS1 · 4-Bedroom Premium + Study, 1,378 sqft
The showflat's interiors are by SuperFat Design (the sales gallery and the 2-bedroom + study) and Massone Ong (the 3-bedroom + study and the 4-bedroom premium + study).
Visiting the showflat
The showflat is on Evans Road and opens daily from 10 am to 6 pm, by the developers' release. Tell me which layouts you'd like to see and when, and I'll confirm the visit, send you the location, and send you today's availability so you can shortlist units before you arrive.
How to buy a unit now
- Look up the units still for sale in the unit finder, and compare two side by side.
- Ask me to check that your units are still available: they sell every day, and the list on this site is as of 1 November 2026.
- Visit the showflat with me and choose your unit.
- Pay the 5% booking fee to receive the option to purchase. See the payment schedule.
Which homes are left
The price table on the home page shows how many units of each layout are left in the list as of 1 November 2026, and the lowest price of each; the unit finder shows every unit's price and status, and each floor plan page lists its units floor by floor.
Before you book
- Get your loan in-principle approval (IPA) from your bank first, so you know your budget and loan limit.
- Prepare the 5% booking fee. It is paid when the option to purchase is granted, and cannot come from CPF.
- Bring your NRIC or passport, and the details of everyone who will be on the title.
- Shortlist a few units in order of preference, in case your first choice goes.
- Work out your stamp duties. Buyer's stamp duty applies to everyone; ABSD depends on your citizenship and the homes you already own. Try my stamp duty calculator.
- Plan for the stages already done. If some construction stages are complete when you buy, their instalments fall due soon after you sign.
