Dunearn House finishes and fittings
SMEG kitchen appliances, Hansgrohe fittings and Geberit sanitary ware in every home, in two collections: the Luxury Collection's 2- and 3-bedroom homes with chrome fittings and 1.2 m by 0.6 m tiles, and the Pinnacle Collection's larger homes with brushed black chrome, 1.2 m by 1.2 m tiles and a combi steam oven.

From the developer's appliance list, finishes boards and FAQ in the sales kit. Every home also has a SMEG cooker hood (recirculating). There is no dishwasher. Brands, models and finishes are subject to the architect's selection and market availability.
In every home
- Floors: large-format stone-look European tiles in the living, dining and kitchen (1.2 m by 0.6 m in the Luxury Collection, 1.2 m by 1.2 m in the Pinnacle), engineered wood in the bedrooms.
- Bathrooms: stone-look European tiles, quartz vanity tops, Geberit wall-hung WCs and basins, and Hansgrohe fittings in chrome (Luxury) or brushed black chrome (Pinnacle); the master bath adds a manual washlet and an overhead rain shower. Electric storage water heaters.
- Kitchen: quartz counters and backsplash, laminate cabinets and a Hansgrohe kitchen mixer.
- Wardrobes: built-in wardrobes with sliding doors and internal drawers, with lights; in the Pinnacle Collection the master wardrobe has tinted glass swing doors.
- Ceilings: 2.875 m in the living rooms and bedrooms (2.4 m in the kitchens and bathrooms). See the developer's table below.
- Doors: a fire-rated solid timber main door, about 1 m wide in the Luxury Collection and a 1.25 m double-leaf door in the Pinnacle; brown balcony sliding doors and railings with laminated glass.
- Air-conditioning and fans: wall-mounted split units in the living, dining, bedrooms and study or flexi room; a ceiling fan installed in the living room (you can opt out by side letter).
- Smart home: a smart-home gateway, a digital lockset and a wifi doorbell at the main door, and app control of every air-conditioner.
