Arina East Residences showflat and launch
Arina East Residences opened for sale on Saturday 7 June 2025, and all 107 homes are now sold: the last one, the 4-bedroom #19-03, sold on 16 October 2026. Message me if you'd like to hear when a unit comes back on sale, or about similar homes nearby.

The preview ran from 30 May to 5 June 2025, with the showflat open daily from 10 am to 7 pm, by the developer's timeline; the expressions of interest closed at noon on 5 June.
- 7 Jun 2025Sales open
The developer released a limited number of units by private placement, by invitation, because of the June school holidays; 10 of the 107 homes were sold that day at an average of $3,008 psf (from $2,890 to $3,250 psf), as reported at the time: seven 2-bedroom homes, one 3-bedroom and two 4-bedroom.
- 16 Oct 2026Sold out
The last home, the 4-bedroom #19-03, sold on 16 October 2026, so all 107 homes are sold.
- 31 Dec 2028Expected vacant possession
Legal completion is expected by 31 December 2031, by the developer's project details. The dates that count are the ones in your sale and purchase agreement.

The show unit and the 360° tours
The 3-bedroom premium was built as the show unit at Kallang Leisure Park, and the developer has 360° virtual tours of three more layouts:
- Type C2 · 3-Bedroom Premium, 1,087 sqft
- 360° tour: type A1 · 1-Bedroom, 495 sqft
- 360° tour: type B2 · 2-Bedroom Premium, 797 sqft
- 360° tour: type D2a · 4-Bedroom Premium with a private lift, 1,389 sqft
Visiting the showflat
The showflat is at Kallang Leisure Park (5 Stadium Walk), a short drive from Tanjong Rhu. With every home sold, ask me first whether it is still open.
Buying now
All 107 homes are sold. A unit can come back on sale if a buyer doesn't go ahead: tell me the layout you want and I'll let you know if one does. It would be booked with the usual 5% booking fee; see the payment schedule.
Every home's plan
The unit finder shows every unit, its layout and its facing, and each floor plan page lists its units floor by floor.
Before you book
- Get your loan in-principle approval (IPA) from your bank first, so you know your budget and loan limit.
- Prepare the 5% booking fee. It is paid when the option to purchase is granted, and cannot come from CPF.
- Bring your NRIC or passport, and the details of everyone who will be on the title.
- Work out your stamp duties. Buyer's stamp duty applies to everyone; ABSD depends on your citizenship and the homes you already own. Try my stamp duty calculator.
- Plan the instalments. Vacant possession is expected by the end of 2028, so after the first 20% the payments come in stages as the blocks go up; stages already completed fall due soon after you sign.
