Arina East Residences finishes and fittings
The interiors are by Design Intervention, in a warm palette of creamy travertine-look stone and light oak: large-slab floors and walls set out for each room, engineered stone kitchen counters, sintered stone bathrooms, Miele kitchen appliances, Grohe fittings and engineered timber in the bedrooms.

From the developer's kitchen provisions table (p.49 of the sales kit) and the floor plans; the D2b has the D2's kitchens. The appliances shown in the kit are Miele, and the fittings Grohe. Brands, models and finishes are subject to the architect's selection and market availability.
In every home
- Floors and walls: travertine-look large slabs (Travertine Sand Vein Matte) in the living and dining, set out and cut for each room, and in the bathrooms; engineered timber in the bedrooms.
- Bathrooms: sintered stone walls and counters, an exposed shower column, a wall-mounted basin mixer, an undercounter basin and a WC, with under-cabinet LED lighting in the master bath (the mirror's LED is not provided).
- Ceilings: 2.7 m in the living, dining and bedrooms on most floors, 2.85 m in most of the level 18 homes, 3.775 m in the living rooms of #19-02, #19-03 and #19-05, and 4.6 m in #20-03 and #20-05; 2.4 m in the kitchens and about 2.4 m in the bathrooms, with bulkheads where needed.
- Balconies: a bib tap and a power point, and the developer's approved screen design if you want to enclose the balcony or private enclosed space.
