Pinery Residences location: Tampines West MRT, Pinery Mall and the schools
Pinery Residences is at 922 to 932 Bedok Reservoir Road (District 18), between Bedok Reservoir Road, Tampines Avenue 1 and Tampines Street 94 in Tampines West. Pinery Mall is downstairs, an underground link leads to Tampines West MRT on the Downtown Line, and four primary schools are within 1 km.
Getting around
- Tampines West MRT (DT31) on the Downtown Line: an underground pedestrian link from Pinery Mall (the developer expects it to be ready in the third quarter of 2030).
- On the Downtown Line, Tampines (East–West Line, for Tampines Mall, Tampines 1 and Century Square) is one stop away; the Singapore University of Technology and Design is three stops; and the line runs west through Bedok North, MacPherson and Bugis to Downtown.
- By car: the developer puts the Pan Island Expressway about 3 minutes away and the Tampines Expressway about 9; Changi Business Park about 9 minutes.
- Nearby, on the developer's list: Bedok Reservoir Park about 10 minutes' walk, Temasek Polytechnic about 10, Our Tampines Hub about 17; Changi General Hospital and Tampines Polyclinic about 4 minutes' drive.

Shops and food
Pinery Mall downstairs will have about 60 shops and restaurants, a supermarket, a food court and a preschool. Around it, the kit points to Tampines Round Market & Food Centre (about 3 minutes' drive), Tampines Mall, Tampines 1 and Century Square (one MRT stop), Eastpoint Mall, Bedok Mall, IKEA Tampines and Giant, and Jewel Changi Airport (five MRT stops).
Tampines West
Tampines West is an established HDB estate between Tampines town centre and Bedok Reservoir. Next door on the east, the new Tampines GreenTopaz HDB blocks are being built; the developer marks 14 to 20 m between them and Pinery's east-end blocks at the nearest points.

Four primary schools are within 1 km: Junyuan Primary School (about 400 to 500 m), St. Hilda's Primary School (about 600 to 700 m; the developer lists it within 1 km), Tampines Primary School (about 800 to 900 m) and St. Anthony's Canossian Primary School, a girls' school (about 1 km).

Red Swastika School (about 1.2 km; the developer lists it within 2 km), Yu Neng Primary (about 1.3 km), and Changkat, Yumin, Chongzheng, Poi Ching, Fengshan and Gongshang (1.5 to 1.9 km). No Two-Track school is within 2 km. Temasek Polytechnic is about 10 minutes' walk.

The developer's expected vacant possession date is 9 October 2031, so under MOE's rules a Pinery Residences address can be used from the 2029 Primary 1 registration exercise (children born 2 Jan 2023 to 1 Jan 2024, and younger), if the date in your sale and purchase agreement is by 31 December 2031. The site and its neighbours
The site is a broad wedge with Bedok Reservoir Road along its west side, Tampines Avenue 1 to the north and Tampines Street 94 to the south. The six blocks stand in three east-west pairs: Blocks 930 and 932 at the north, 928 and 926 in the middle, and 922 and 924 at the south, with the multi-purpose court and the play cove along Bedok Reservoir Road. Across Tampines Avenue 1 and Tampines Street 94 are HDB blocks (the developer marks about 79 m and 70 m to the nearest), and Tampines GreenTopaz is next door on the east.
The inner rows of homes face each other across the pools: about 26 to 36 m between the north and middle pairs, and 34 to 46 m between the middle and south pairs (the developer's distances).
