- Kitchen: a Franke stainless steel sink (sized by home type) and a hansgrohe mixer in chrome; the top and backsplash in large-format tiles, and LED lighting under the wall cabinets.
- Bathrooms: Duravit WCs and basins, Geberit concealed cisterns and flush plates, hansgrohe mixers and showers with a rain shower in the master bathroom, and Inspirione accessories.
- Floors: porcelain tiles in the living, dining, corridor, kitchen and yard, on the balcony and on the bathroom floors and walls; vinyl in the bedrooms, and in the study of the C7; porcelain in the studies of the B4, D2, D3, D4 and D5.
- Smart home: a Fermax Wi-Fi video doorbell, a Yale digital lock, smart air-con control and a Macro smart gas water heater.
