Parktown Residence sales gallery and how to buy now
Parktown Residence launched on Saturday 22 February 2025, and the remaining units are now sold one by one. 18 of the 1,193 homes are still in the developer's availability list. I can arrange your visit to the sales gallery and check the units still available before you go.

Saturday 22 February 2025. Buyers chose their units in the order of an e-ballot, with prices released in the queue.

18 units in the list, from $3.32M. Pricing as of 01 November 2026. Subject to changes by developer.

The developer's estimate for the Temporary Occupation Permit.
- 30 Jun 2030Expected vacant possession
The developer's date for handing over the keys. Expected legal completion is 30 June 2033.
Visiting the sales gallery
Viewings are by appointment. Tell me which layouts you'd like to see and when, and I'll confirm the visit, send you the location and the opening hours, and send you today's availability so you can shortlist units before you arrive. See the location.
How to buy a unit now
- Look up the units still for sale in the unit finder, and compare two side by side.
- Ask me to check that your units are still available: they sell every day, and the list on this site is as of 1 November 2026.
- Visit the sales gallery with me, see the show units, and choose your unit.
- Pay the 5% booking fee to receive the option to purchase. See the payment schedule.
Show units you can see
Three layouts are built as show units:
- Type BPS1 · 2-Bedroom Premium + Study, 764 sqft
- Type CPS2 · 3-Bedroom Premium + Study, 1,163 sqft
- Type DP2 · 4-Bedroom Premium, 1,496 sqft
Before you book
- Get your loan in-principle approval (IPA) from your bank first, so you know your budget and loan limit.
- Prepare the 5% booking fee. It is paid when the option to purchase is granted, and cannot come from CPF.
- Bring your NRIC or passport, and the details of everyone who will be on the title.
- Shortlist a few units in order of preference, in case your first choice goes.
- Work out your stamp duties. Buyer's stamp duty applies to everyone; ABSD depends on your citizenship and the homes you already own. Try my stamp duty calculator.
