In every home
- Bathrooms: Geberit under-counter basins and wall-hung WCs with hansgrohe basin mixers; a concealed shower set with an overhead shower in the master bathroom and a concealed shower set in the common bathroom; and an angle valve in the master bathroom for a bidet spray to be added later.
- Living room: a Prism+ ceiling fan with a light: six brightness levels, three colour temperatures and up to 17 RGB modes.
- Wardrobes: full-height built-in wardrobes, with provision for wardrobe accessories in the master bedroom; a walk-in wardrobe in the D2PS and D3PS.
- Smart home (Fermax): a smart-home gateway, a digital lockset, app control of the air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom and of the foyer lights (on and off, schedules and scenes), voice control through Google Home, and an IP camera with motion detection, night vision and two-way audio (the SD card for recording is the owner's).
- Smart community: a residents' app for notices, facility bookings, documents and forms, visitor invitations and intercom calls from the lift lobby, with a smart parcel station.
- Green features: designed for BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy, with energy-efficient air-conditioners and water-efficient fittings in every home.
