Narra Residences show gallery and how to buy now
Narra Residences launched on Saturday 31 January 2026, and the remaining units are now sold one by one. 279 of the 540 homes are still in the developer's availability list. I can arrange your visit to the show gallery and check the units still available before you go.

Friday 30 January for VIP and bulk buyers and the 4- and 5-bedroom homes; the public launch on Saturday 31 January.

Where is the show gallery?
The Narra Residences sales gallery is on Dairy Farm Walk, just west of the site, a short walk from Dairy Farm Mall. On Google Maps it's listed as "Narra Residences Sales Gallery".
Viewings are by appointment. Tell me which layouts you'd like to see and when, and I'll confirm the visit and the opening hours, and send you today's availability so you can shortlist units before you arrive. See the location.
How to buy a unit now
- Look up the units still for sale in the unit finder, and compare two side by side.
- Ask me to check that your units are still available: they sell every day, and the list on this site is as of 1 November 2026.
- Visit the show gallery with me, see the show units, and choose your unit.
- Pay the 5% booking fee to receive the option to purchase. See the payment schedule.
Show units you can see
Three layouts are built as show units:
- Type B8S · 2-Bedroom + Study, 721 sqft
- Type C3P · 3-Bedroom Premium, 1,001 sqft
- Type E1 · 5-Bedroom + Private Lift, 1,658 sqft
Before you book
- Get your loan in-principle approval (IPA) from your bank first, so you know your budget and loan limit.
- Prepare the 5% booking fee. It is paid when the option to purchase is granted, and cannot come from CPF.
- Bring your NRIC or passport, and the details of everyone who will be on the title.
- Shortlist a few units in order of preference, in case your first choice goes.
- Work out your stamp duties. Buyer's stamp duty applies to everyone; ABSD depends on your citizenship and the homes you already own. Try my stamp duty calculator.
