Smeg kitchen appliances and Duravit bathroom fittings in every home, with travertine-look floor tiles, timber-look cabinets and quartz worktops.
What every home comes with
- Kitchen appliances by Smeg: a 2-zone induction hob or a 3-zone gas hob, a cooker hood, and a classic oven or a combi steam oven, depending on the home type.
- Fridge and laundry by Smeg: an integrated or free-standing fridge, and a washer-dryer or a separate washing machine and tumble dryer, depending on the home type.
- Bathrooms by Duravit: wall-hung WC, basin and mixer, with a shower set; the master bathroom has an overhead shower.
- Kitchen: quartz worktop and backsplash, with timber-look cabinets.
- Wardrobes: built-in, with sliding doors in selected home types; the 3-bedroom + study, 4-bedroom premium and 5-bedroom homes have a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom.
