Location
Lentoria location: Lentor MRT, the Lentor estate and the schools
Lentoria is at 32 to 38 Lentor Hills Road (District 26), at the south corner of the new Lentor estate where Lentor Hills Road and Lentor Gardens meet Yio Chu Kang Road. Lentor MRT is about 5 minutes' walk away, and Anderson Primary and CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls' School are both within 1 km.
Getting around
- Lentor MRT (TE5) on the Thomson-East Coast Line, about 350 to 390 m from the blocks to the nearest exit in a straight line, or about 5 minutes' walk along Yio Chu Kang Road, as reported at the launch. Orchard is 9 stops away; Caldecott (Circle Line) 4 stops; Woodlands (North-South Line) 3 stops, and Woodlands North, for the RTS Link to Johor Bahru, 4 stops.
- Bright Hill, two stops away, will be an interchange with the Cross Island Line, by the sales kit.
- By car: Yio Chu Kang Road leads to the Seletar and Central Expressways, and the North-South Corridor will run nearby, by the sales kit's slides.

The Lentor estate
Lentor is a new private housing estate planned by URA around Lentor MRT, with Hillock Park, a new park, at its heart. Lentoria is one of six new condominiums in it: Lentor Modern (by the MRT, with a mall and a supermarket), Lentor Hills Residences, Hillock Green, Lentor Mansion (across Lentor Hills Road from Lentoria) and Lentor Central Residences. Around the estate are older landed neighbourhoods: Thomson Hills and Teachers' Estate to the west, Yio Chu Kang Gardens to the east, and the HDB town of Ang Mo Kio to the south.
- Shopping and food: the shops and supermarket at Lentor Modern by the MRT; AMK Hub about 5 minutes' drive, Thomson Plaza about 10, Junction 8 about 11 and Northpoint City about 14, by the sales kit
- Parks: Hillock Park in the estate, and Thomson Nature Park and Lower Peirce Reservoir to the west
- Schools: Anderson Primary and CHIJ St. Nicholas within 1 km, and Mayflower Secondary about 1.3 km away

Schools near Lentoria
The sales kit's school table lists Anderson Primary School and CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls' School (Primary) within 1 km of Lentoria. By my map both are about 0.7 to 0.8 km from the blocks, comfortably inside 1 km.
Between 1 and 2 km
Mayflower Primary School is right around 1 km by my map (about 1.0 to 1.07 km to its grounds), and the kit lists it between 1 and 2 km, so check each block on OneMap. Ang Mo Kio Primary School is about 1.4 km away. None of these is a Two-Track school.
Using the address for P1
Under MOE's rules, a new home's address can be used for Primary 1 registration if the vacant possession date in your sale and purchase agreement is no later than 31 December two years after the registration year. Vacant possession is due by 2 July 2027, which already fits the 2027 registration (children born 2 January 2021 to 1 January 2022) and every year after. Distances are straight lines on the map from the middle of each block to the schools' grounds. The three blocks have their own postal codes (32: 788851, 36: 788853, 38: 788854). The blocks and their views
The blocks' long sides face north-west and south-east. Block 32, the 8-storey block, is on the Lentor Hills Road side: its front row (stacks 04 to 07) looks over Lentor Hills Road towards Lentor Mansion, about 50 m away at the nearest, and its back row (stacks 01 to 03) over the 50 m lap pool. Blocks 38 and 36, 17 storeys each, run along Yio Chu Kang Road: one row looks over the pool towards Block 32, about 25 m away (stacks 19 to 21 and 12 to 14), and the other towards Yio Chu Kang Road and the 12-storey HDB blocks of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, about 70 m away (stacks 15 to 18 and 08 to 11).
The corner homes have a second side: stacks 03, 04, 18 and 19 face Lentor Gardens to the south-west, and stacks 01, 07, 08 and 14 the clubhouse and the greenery to the north-east. From the upper floors of Blocks 36 and 38, the pool-side homes look over Block 32 towards the Lentor estate.
