Lentoria finishes and fittings
Two interior palettes: Treehouse, in warm wood tones, and Glasshouse, lighter and greyer, the default scheme from 1 June 2024. Porcelain tiles in the living and dining, vinyl floors in the bedrooms, quartz kitchen counters, Bosch kitchen appliances, a Samsung fridge, TOTO bathrooms, and LED lights in the kitchen, the wardrobes and the bathrooms.

In every home
- Floors: 800 x 800 mm porcelain tiles in the living and dining, vinyl in the bedrooms, porcelain tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms.
- Bathrooms: TOTO sanitary ware, basins and fittings, with LED lighting, in both palettes.
- Wardrobes: built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, with LED lighting.
- Ceilings: 2.9 m in the living, dining and bedrooms; on the top floor (level 8 of Block 32, level 17 of Blocks 36 and 38) the living and dining room is about 5.5 m high.
- Balconies: a water point and a power point, and the developer's approved screen if you want to enclose the balcony.
- Ceiling fan: Haiku.

The two palettes
