What we know so far

About 110 homes above a ground-floor retail podium, with a landscaped facilities deck on the second storey. Completion is targeted for mid-2031.
Frasers Property bought the cinema from Golden Village and the rest of the building from Frasers Centrepoint Trust in 2025, and URA rezoned the site for homes with shops on the first storey in 2026.
Yishun MRT is about 170 m away and Northpoint City about 80 m, with a new underground link to Northpoint City planned. Xishan Primary is about 420 m away.

Launch timing. PropNex's launch calendar (as of 7 October 2026) targets a preview in May 2027. Frasers Property said in September 2026 that it is aiming to launch around the middle of 2027; the cinema is expected to close on 2 March 2027.
