Canberra Crescent Residences finishes and fittings
SMEG kitchen appliances, Grohe fittings and Geberit sanitary ware in every home, with two kitchen themes: orange and dark grey in the intermediate units, grey and woodgrain in the corner units. Porcelain tiles in the living, dining and kitchen, vinyl flooring in the bedrooms.

In every home
- Floors: porcelain tiles (60 by 60 cm) in the living, dining and kitchen and the bathrooms, vinyl flooring in the bedrooms.
- Bathrooms: porcelain floor and wall tiles, Grohe fittings and Geberit sanitary ware.
- Wardrobes: a master wardrobe with an extra side cabinet; the mirror shown in the show flat is not included. The 3BR-Ca(P) and 4BR-P have a walk-in wardrobe.
- Balconies: a terracotta feature wall from level 1 to 10 and light grey on levels 11 and 12. Approved balcony screens can be bought separately, from $7,400 (2-bedroom) to $12,400 (4-bedroom), by the kit.
- Ceiling fan: supplied for every home, not installed.
- Smart home: a smart home gateway and app, a digital lockset (app, fingerprint, PIN, key or card), app control of the air-conditioning, QR-code visitor invitations, facility bookings and video intercom, with room to add IP cameras and lighting control later.
- Green features: energy-saving appliances and solar-powered lighting in the common areas.
