- Signature Collection (C1 to E2P, 164 homes): large-format porcelain tiles (1,200 by 600 mm) in the living and dining, engineered wood in the bedrooms, stone-textured tiles in the kitchen, bathrooms, balcony and yard, quartz countertops, and timber-laminate doors.
- Luxe Collection (D7L, E3L, E4L and E5L, 48 homes): polished stone marble (600 by 600 mm) in the living, dining and the private lift lobby, engineered wood in the bedrooms, stone-textured tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms, quartz countertops, a kitchen island, ducted air-conditioning in the living and dining, and a private lift.
In every home
- Ceilings: 3.18 m in the living, dining and bedrooms, 2.6 m in the kitchens and hallways (3.5 m floor to floor).
- Bathrooms: Villeroy & Boch concealed shower mixers with a rain shower in the master and junior master baths, wash basins and wall-hung WCs with TECE cisterns; a gas water heater.
- Wardrobes: built-in wardrobes with LED lighting in every bedroom (except bedroom 5 of the E3L), and walk-in wardrobes in the premium and Luxe homes.
- Air-conditioning: Mitsubishi Electric, wall-mounted in the Signature homes, ducted in the living and dining of the Luxe homes.
- Smart home: a digital lockset on the main door, a smart intercom, app control of the air-conditioning, card access to the facilities, parcel lockers and e-invitations for visitors.
- Windows and balconies: tinted glass in the bedrooms, frosted in the bathrooms; glass balcony railings, with invisible grilles, zip blinds and a ceiling fan allowed at the balcony.
