What we know so far

430 homes in 14 blocks of 8 storeys, with 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom units, according to the preliminary details in PropNex's project ebook (1 October 2026). The development will have its own childcare centre, basement car parks and a landscape deck with the communal facilities. Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2030.
About 300 m from Woodlands South MRT on the Thomson–East Coast Line. Woodlands MRT, one stop away, is the interchange with the North–South Line; Woodlands North, two stops away, connects to the RTS Link to Bukit Chagar in Johor Bahru, now due to open in February 2027.
Next door is Woodlands Health Campus, with the hospital, specialist outpatient clinics and long-term care, and the Healing Forest garden. The Woodlands Regional Centre, the north's main business and shopping hub, is nearby.
CDL bought the land in August 2025 at $782 psf ppr ($360.9 million). PropNex estimates the developer's breakeven at about $1,399 psf.
CDL's recent ECs include Copen Grand in Tengah and Lumina Grand in Bukit Batok. It also built Norwood Grand, the private condo a few hundred metres away on Champions Way.
Sim Lian's EC on the neighbouring Woodlands Drive 17 plot is targeted to preview a few months later, in April 2027.

Launch timing. PropNex's launch calendar (as of 7 October 2026) targets a preview in December 2026. The calendar lists it as CDL's Woodlands Drive 17 EC. ERA also expects it to launch by the end of the year. CDL hasn't announced dates yet.

EC rules. Its land tender closed before 8 May 2026, so the tighter EC rules announced that day (a 10-year minimum occupation period, no Deferred Payment Scheme, 90% of units for first-timers) don't cover it: they apply to EC sites whose tenders closed on or after that date. The household income ceiling for this project is $16,000 a month; the new $18,000 ceiling applies to EC sites whose tenders closed from 24 August 2026.
