Vela Bay finishes and fittings
Two finishing styles by the interior designer Sujonohun: "Portofino" for the 1- to 4-bedroom homes and "Monaco" for the 4- and 5-bedroom homes with a private lift and the penthouses, with Miele and Smeg appliances sized to each home type, Blanco sinks and mixers, and Geberit and newform bathroom fittings.

Also in every home
- Bathrooms: Geberit wall-hung WCs with concealed cisterns in every bathroom (not the yard WC), Geberit under-counter basins, and newform basin and shower mixers in chrome, with an overhead rain shower in the master bathroom. The master bathrooms of the private-lift homes and penthouses have gun-metal newform fittings and a round basin.
- Kitchen: a Blanco under-counter sink (40 cm in the 1- and 2-bedroom homes, 50 cm in the 3-bedroom homes, and 70 cm in the wet kitchens of the 4- and 5-bedroom homes, with a 40 cm sink in the dry kitchen) and a Blanco mixer.
- Wardrobes: melamine in a leather finish with a metal frame in the Portofino homes and in the Monaco common bedrooms; a textured-glass wardrobe in the Monaco master bedrooms.
- Bathroom accessories: every bathroom has a towel rail or robe hooks and a toilet-paper holder.
- Ceilings: 2.9 m in every home, and about 4.5 m in the penthouses' living and dining rooms (the developer's plans).
