Sora showflat and how to buy now
Sora was previewed from 22 June 2024 and launched for booking on Saturday 6 July 2024; the remaining units are now sold one by one. I can arrange your viewing and send you the developer's list of units still available before you go.
Key dates
- 22 Jun 2024Preview
The showflat opened for the VVIP preview, which ran to 2 July; about 3,000 visitors came on the first weekend, as reported at the time. Booking cheques closed on 2 July and the e-balloting was on 5 July.
- 6 Jul 2024Launch
Booking day. Over the launch weekend, 102 units were sold (about 23% of the 440 homes, of the 320 released), at an average of $2,160 psf, as reported at the time; the 1-bedroom + study was the most popular, with over 80% of those released sold.

198 units in the list, from $1.69M. Pricing as of 01 November 2026. Subject to changes by developer.
- 31 Oct 2028Expected vacant possession
The developer's expected date. The date that counts is the one in your sale and purchase agreement.
The preview and booking dates are from the timeline in the sales kit and the vacant possession date from the developer's project information; the launch figures are from the press reports of July 2024.
The show units
Three layouts were built as show units at the sales gallery, from the 2-bedroom deluxe + study to the 5-bedroom luxury, each with a virtual tour.

Visiting the showflat
Sora's sales gallery for the launch was on Prinsep Street, in the city, as reported at the time. Viewings are by appointment: tell me which layouts you'd like to see and when, and I'll confirm the visit and the place, and send you today's availability so you can shortlist units before you arrive.
How to buy a unit now
- Look up the units still for sale in the unit finder, and compare two side by side.
- Ask me to check that your units are still available: they sell every day, and the list on this site is as of 1 November 2026.
- Visit the showflat with me and choose your unit.
- Pay the 5% booking fee to receive the option to purchase. See the payment schedule.
Which homes are left
The price table on the home page shows how many units of each layout are left in the list as of 1 November 2026, and the lowest price of each; the unit finder shows every unit's price and status, and each floor plan page lists its units floor by floor.
Before you book
- Get your loan in-principle approval (IPA) from your bank first, so you know your budget and loan limit.
- Prepare the 5% booking fee. It is paid when the option to purchase is granted, and cannot come from CPF.
- Bring your NRIC or passport, and the details of everyone who will be on the title.
- Shortlist a few units in order of preference, in case your first choice goes.
- Work out your stamp duties. Buyer's stamp duty applies to everyone; ABSD depends on your citizenship and the homes you already own. Try my stamp duty calculator.
- Plan the instalments. Vacant possession is expected in October 2028, so several construction stages may already be done when you buy: their instalments fall due soon after you sign. See the payment schedule.
