Every layout has a top-floor -T version with a 4.4 m high living and dining room under the wave-shaped roof, and most a level 1 -P version with a private enclosed space. The room areas (sqm) and dimensions (mm) on the plans are the kit's; ceilings are 2.9 m (4.4 m in the -T living and dining). The key plans circle each layout's stacks on the site plan.
