Location
Promenade Peak location: Great World MRT, the river and Tiong Bahru
Promenade Peak is at 1 Zion Promenade (District 3), on the site between Zion Road, Kim Seng Road and the new Zion Promenade, a short walk from the Singapore River. Great World and Havelock MRT on the Thomson–East Coast Line are each about 300 m away, the Great World mall is across the river, and Tiong Bahru is under 1 km to the south-west.
Getting around
- Great World MRT (TE15) is about 320 m north, by the Great World mall: the launch reports describe a two-minute sheltered walk.
- Havelock MRT (TE16) is about 330 m south-east, under Havelock Road by Zyon Grand: about a four-minute walk.
- On the Thomson–East Coast Line, Orchard (TE14) is one stop from Great World; from Havelock, Outram Park (TE17, also on the East–West and North–East lines) is one stop and Marina Bay (TE20) four. The line runs north to Woodlands and east along the coast to Bayshore, and LTA plans to extend it to Changi Airport's Terminal 5.
- Tiong Bahru MRT (EW17) on the East–West Line is about 920 m south-west.
- By car: River Valley Road, Havelock Road and the CTE and AYE are a few minutes away.

Food, shops and the river
The Singapore River's promenade is just north of the site, with Robertson Quay a walk east along the water. The kit points to the Great World mall and Zion Riverside Food Centre each about two minutes away on foot, and Tiong Bahru Market about 650 m.

River Valley Primary School is about 340 m away and Alexandra Primary School about 850 m, both within 1 km (the kit also lists Alexandra as likely within 1 km). St. Margaret's School (Primary), a Two-Track girls' school from the 2027 exercise, is within 2 km. Zhangde Primary is about 1 km away, right at the line, so check it on OneMap with the unit's postal code before you count on it.

Cantonment Primary (about 1.8 km), CHIJ (Kellock) (girls, about 1.85 km), Gan Eng Seng Primary and Radin Mas Primary (each about 1.95 km) are also within 2 km. St. Margaret's School (Primary) (girls) is one of MOE's 12 Two-Track schools: from the 2027 exercise, half of its Phase 2C places go to children living within 2 km, with no distance priority inside each half.

The developer's expected vacant possession date is 6 February 2031, so under MOE's rules a Promenade Peak address can be used from the 2029 Primary 1 registration exercise (children born 2 Jan 2023 to 1 Jan 2024, and younger), if the date in your sale and purchase agreement is by 31 December 2031. The site and its neighbours
The site is bounded by Zion Promenade to the north, Kim Seng Road to the east and Zion Road to the west; Zyon Grand's two 62-storey towers are next door to the south, about 90 to 160 m from the tower. The tower stands in the north-west part of the site, with the 50 m lap pool along its south side and the Enclave's pools and Club Canopy to the south-east.
Its two wings face roughly north and south, with the ends facing east and west (the kit's plans are drawn about 7° off north):
- North (stacks 02 to 04): over Zion Promenade and the river towards The Trillium and Great World; the kit's views from the upper floors reach Orchard Road, the Botanic Gardens and Dempsey Hill.
- East (stacks 05 to 08): over Kim Seng Road towards Mirage Tower (about 140 m), Rivière and Tribeca, with Fort Canning, the CBD and Marina Bay beyond from the upper floors.
- South (stacks 09 to 11): over the lap pool towards Zyon Grand next door; the kit's upper-floor views reach Tanjong Pagar, Mount Faber and Sentosa.
- West (stacks 01 and 12): over Zion Road towards lower condominiums; the kit's upper-floor views reach the Southern Ridges and Dempsey Hill.
