Lentor Gardens Residences launched on Saturday 18 July 2026, and the remaining units are now sold one by one. 167 of the 499 homes are still in the developer's availability list. I can arrange your visit to the sales gallery and check the units still available before you go.

The VVIP preview at the sales gallery, ending at noon on Wednesday 15 July.

Buyers who applied were given their order for choosing units.

Friday 17 July for the shops, the strata terrace houses and VIP buyers; booking day for everyone else on Saturday 18 July.

Viewings are by appointment. Tell me which layouts you'd like to see and when, and I'll confirm the visit, send you the location and the opening hours, and send you today's availability so you can shortlist units before you arrive. See the location.
How to buy a unit now
- Look up the units still for sale in the unit finder, and compare two side by side.
- Ask me to check that your units are still available: they sell every day, and the list on this site is as of 3 November 2026.
- Visit the sales gallery with me, see the show units, and choose your unit.
- Pay the 5% booking fee to receive the option to purchase. See the payment schedule.
Show units you can see
Three layouts are built as show units:
- Type 2BR S1 · 2-Bedroom + Study, 732 sqft
- Type 3BR P3 · 3-Bedroom Premium, 1,001 sqft
- Type 4BR P2 · 4-Bedroom Premium, 1,346 sqft
Before you book
- Get your loan in-principle approval (IPA) from your bank first, so you know your budget and loan limit.
- Prepare the 5% booking fee. It is paid when the option to purchase is granted, and cannot come from CPF.
- Bring your NRIC or passport, and the details of everyone who will be on the title.
- Shortlist a few units in order of preference, in case your first choice goes.
- Work out your stamp duties. Buyer's stamp duty applies to everyone; ABSD depends on your citizenship and the homes you already own. Try my stamp duty calculator.
