Frasers Property and Mitsubishi Estate paid $610.8 million ($1,415 psf ppr), just ahead of CDL's $1,405 psf ppr, and URA awarded the site on 10 April 2026. It's the second-highest land rate for a purely residential government site in the Rest of Central Region, after Tanjong Rhu Road.
Analysts expect an average launch price of about $2,700–$2,800 psf (CBRE) or above $2,750 psf (PropNex). These are estimates, not prices.
