In every home
- Floors: 600 × 1,200 mm porcelain tiles in the living, dining and dry kitchen, and vinyl flooring in the bedrooms.
- Kitchen: a quartz counter and backsplash, timber-look and anti-fingerprint laminate cabinets, LED lighting under the cabinets and a pull-out sauce rack.
- Bathrooms: Laufen sanitary ware with AXOR and hansgrohe basin mixers and shower fittings, made in Europe; a quartz counter and shower ledge, a mirror cabinet with LED lighting, porcelain tiles on the walls and floor, and an overhead shower in the master bathroom.
- Wardrobes: full-height built-in wardrobes, with sliding doors in some home types, LED lighting inside and a lockable drawer; a walk-in wardrobe in the 4-bedroom suites and the penthouses.
- Ceilings and air: 2.85 m ceilings in the living, dining and bedrooms, NEA 5-tick air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan in the living and dining room (buyers can opt out).
- Smart home: a smart gateway, a virtual doorman to unlock the door remotely, and pre-arrival cooling.
- Shared: parcel delivery, pool cleaning and cleaning robots, a tennis ball picker, smart fitness mirrors and soundproof office cabins, run by the managing agent (the kit says the rental is free for the first year).
