The Robertson Opus finishes and fittings
Three collections, each with its own palette: V-ZUG appliances with Liebherr refrigeration, Hansgrohe fittings and Duravit sanitary ware throughout, and in the Legacy Collection polished marble, an Ernestomeda kitchen, Rimadesio sliding doors and Axor fittings in brushed bronze.

- Premier Collection (Block 15: suites, 1- and 2-bedroom): a bright palette, with light stone-look large-format tiles (about 1.4 m square) in the living, dining and kitchen, stone-look tiles in the bathrooms, engineered wood in the bedrooms of the 1- and 2-bedroom homes, and pastel-white kitchen, wardrobe and vanity carpentry. 3.225 m ceilings.
- Luxury Collection (Blocks 7, 11 and 13: 2- and 3-bedroom): earthy hues, with beige stone-look large-format tiles in the living, dining, kitchen and bathrooms, engineered wood in the bedrooms, warm laminate carpentry, and bronze glass on the master wardrobe. 2.875 m ceilings.
- Legacy Collection (Block 9: 3- and 4-bedroom premium): polished marble in the living, dining, kitchen, bathrooms and yard, engineered wood in the bedrooms, an imported Ernestomeda kitchen with an "open" or "enclosed" mood, a Rimadesio sliding system, bronze glass wardrobes and vanities, and Axor fittings in brushed bronze in the master bath. 2.875 m ceilings.
In every home
- Bathrooms: Hansgrohe fittings, Duravit sanitary ware with wall-hung WCs, and frameless glass shower screens.
- Comfort: a Haiku ceiling fan in the living and dining room, with several ways to control it.
- Security: a digital lockset on the main door, and a keyless letterbox opened with your card.
- Smart home: app control of the air-conditioning and the fan, an IP camera, energy monitoring, and the iPlus Living community app for facility bookings, visitor access and notices.
- Balconies: mosaic tiles; the level 2 homes have a private enclosed space instead.
