Location
Faber Residence location: Clementi, the park connector and Nan Hua Primary
Faber Residence is at 54 to 70 Faber Walk (District 5), between Sungei Ulu Pandan and the Ayer Rajah Expressway, next to the landed homes of Faber Hills. Nan Hua Primary School is within 1 km, Clementi is a short bus ride away, and the future Jurong Town Hall MRT station on the Jurong Region Line is about 800 m from the development.
Getting around
- Bus to Clementi MRT: a covered linkway from Blocks 54 and 58 leads to the bus stop on Faber Walk, about 140 m away; buses 154 and 201 reach Clementi MRT (East–West Line) in about 5 minutes.
- Jurong Town Hall MRT (JE6) on the Jurong Region Line, under construction: about 800 m to the nearest exit, roughly a 10-minute walk by the kit. The kit gives its opening as 2028 or 2029.
- By car: the AYE runs past the site, towards the CBD and the MCE eastwards, and Jurong Lake District, the International Business Park and Tuas westwards. Jurong East is about 10 minutes' drive.
- On foot or by bike: the Ulu Pandan Park Connector runs along the north of the site, and the future Old Jurong Line nature trail along the south.

Food, shops and greenery
The Faber Hills estate next door has a provision shop, restaurants and cafés, and the coffee shops and shops at Blocks 415 and 416 are close by. For bigger shopping, the Jurong East malls (Westgate, JEM and IMM) are about 10 minutes' drive, and The Clementi Mall is by Clementi MRT.

By the kit's OneMap query, Qifa Primary, Clementi Primary and Pei Tong Primary are 1 to 2 km away. No Two-Track school is within 2 km.

Using the address for P1
The developer expects to give vacant possession by 31 December 2030. Under MOE's rules, a new home's address can be used for Primary 1 registration if the vacant possession date in your sale and purchase agreement is no later than 31 December two years after the registration year, so a Faber Residence address can be used from the 2028 exercise (children born 2 Jan 2022 to 1 Jan 2023, and younger). Distances are straight lines on the map from the blocks to each school; by my map Nan Hua is about 0.8 km from Blocks 54 to 58 and just under 1 km from Blocks 66 to 70. The site and its neighbours
The nine blocks stand in three rows running south-west to north-east. Blocks 66, 68 and 70 form the northern row, about 33 to 47 m from Sungei Ulu Pandan across the park connector. Blocks 60, 62 and 64 are in the middle, and Blocks 54, 56 and 58 along the south, facing Faber Walk and, beyond the future Old Jurong Line trail, the Ayer Rajah Expressway: the kit puts the nearest blocks about 24 to 39 m from it, with acoustic measures on that side.
Waterfront @ Faber is next door to the north-east, with the landed homes of Faber Hills beyond Faber Walk to the east. The courtyards between the rows are about 20 to 29 m across.
